Dee is often the first face you see at Off Map—and the feeling you leave with. As General Manager, she embodies the spirit of the property: grounded, welcoming, and full of life. With a deep love for the earth, nature, and human connection, Dee approaches every guest experience with intention and heart. Lisa & Ronny
Off Map began as a feeling more than a plan—a pull toward something slower, more meaningful, and deeply rooted in connection. One Saturday morning, Ronny stumbled across the property and instantly saw what it could become. He called Ryan with an idea that felt equal parts bold and inevitable. Just three months later, Ronny and Lisa—parents of four—became the owners of Off Map. For them, this land is more than a business; it’s a haven. Ryan and Sara, parents of two, bring a deep-rooted passion and expertise in hospitality to Off Map.
